• We have firewalls/VPN (Virtual Private Network) for inbound and outbound security.
• Systems do not have external storage devices like floppy/CD drives/USB ports, etc.
• All our systems and e-mails are password protected.
• We have 'anti-virus' software implemented at both server and client level. |

How do I sign-off a contract or work order? |

| All you need to do is complete a given format and fax us a signed copy. You can also send us the work order as an email attachment. |

How current is your data? |
|
| Our mortgages and new homeowner file contains current homeowners and new homeowners. The New Homeowners file from CSI offers the most current data available based on property deed transactions. All this combined with great turnaround time. We work while you sleep. |

Do you sell your data? |

No. We are not in the business of selling our data. We are just an extended arm of your current compilation team. Once we deliver the data, it belongs to you.

CSI has a Quality Check team that checks the Indexed MSDS daily. This team interacts with the client on regular basis to get answer to the exception report. |

Yes we have leased lines for internet connections and can work online. |

Does your organization have the capability to log into our servers and access our software? |

Yes we can do that via remote desktop. In fact we are working with few of our clients by accessing their desktop and doing data entry. |

If we do not have online software for indexing, how can we send the indexing job to you and how can you deliver the completed job to us? |

In that case you can send us the MSDS via FTP and we can do the indexation in an EXCEL sheet. The output can be sent to you in .txt or csv format which can be imported to your software. |

What is your current Turn Around Time? |
|
Currently we have the capacity to do full indexation on 20,000 MSDS per week. |

What is the input that you need for obtaining latest MSDS? |

Ideally we need manufacturer's name, manufacturer's website, product name, product code to obtain maximum MSDSs. This can be sent to us in an EXCEL sheet. We also need Letter of Authorization for obtaining these MSDS. |

It is subjective. For instance: A record can be completed in half a minute or might take more than a week tocomplete the full process of email follow-up & phone calling if required. |

What is the process CSI follows for MSDS Authoring? |
|
Process followed by CSI:
- Client provides the ingredient list in the material, physical properties (white sheets, patents, sales sheets, tech sales sheets are all helpful), and additional testing or information on the material
- CSI does a research on raw materials of the products
- CSI classifies the products according to the client needs
- CSI creates MSDS forms, adhering to the Global EHS Regulations using the software such as WERCS provided by the client
- The MSDS authorized and produced by us will have to be authenticated and authorized for its correctness by its clients
